To Manually Synchronize a Community with Active Directory

This procedure assumes that you have already configured synchronization settings for this community as described in the procedure, To Configure Active Directory Synchronization Settings .

  1. In the Explorer pane, expand the Communities node.
  2. Expand your community, then expand the Active Directory node.
  3. Under the Active Directory node, select the Synchronize Users node.
  4. Required: Click the Synchronize All icon .
Windows-based eB accounts in this community are either created, enabled, disabled, or deleted, depending on how you configured the synchronization options.
